CogniWorld long distance review
If you are paying high rates for long distance, then it's really time to change. All the carriers that I review on these pages are high quality services with very cheap rates. Overall impressions
CogniWorld is a good long distance service, but it doesn't offer the same level of overall value of other carriers that I compare. But you get cheap rates with no monthly or hidden fees, fair terms, and good customer support. The website is easy to use and provides the information you need. If Cogniworld offers the best rate for the places you want to call, then by all means sign up.

Calling plans, rates and fees
3.49¢/min plan -
Cogniworld's 3.49¢ calling plan is respectable, with 6 second billing increments and cheap international rates. There is no monthly fee if you view your account details online. If you request billing statements in the mail, you'll pay $1.99 per month unless the bill is $20 or more.
The rates to Alaska and Hawaii are on the high side, as are some international rates. There are no big problems, but CogniWorld lacks convincing selling points, especially in comparison with the other carriers I've reviewed here.
Business users -
CogniWorld can certainly handle your business calling needs, including toll free numbers, but you may want to check my comparison and read the other reviews before making a decision.
Customer support / user experience
CogniWorld provides good customer support, including a toll free number you can call to talk with a live person. You can also contact customer support by email or online.
Extra features
CogniWorld can give you a toll free number with free setup for just $1.50 per month. Toll free numbers can receive incoming calls from the USA and Canada, and they are billed at CogniWorld's low rates.
When you sign up, you'll see related services that can help you save on conference calling and cell phone rates. These services are also available to non-CogniWorld customers.
Conclusions
Again, I find a lack of convincing reasons to choose this service, especially in comparison with the other carriers that I've reviewed here. You shouldn't have problems with CogniWorld, but you could most likely do better.
