Amazing Mail review
AmazingMail is one of my favorite online services. We have sent hundreds of personal photo postcards using this service. It's a wonderful communication tool and a great value.
First impression, very positive
The first time I saw an AmazingMail postcard I went online and signed up for the service that day. The best way to appreciate AmazingMail is to see what it does. Go online and sign up. Then send a free postcard to yourself (or someone else). I'm sure you'll want to use the service again if you do that.
AmazingMail lets you create REAL personal postcards online. The cards are printed for you on high quality paper using a state of the art printing press. Then they are sent out by US postal mail the next business day. The complete service, including first class postage worldwide, costs less than $1 per card.
A great service
The AmazingMail service lets me send photos and personal mail without having to deal with stamps, printer ink, and the post office. I can go online anywhere in the world, create a postcard, and mail it right away. And the total cost is LESS than buying a postcard in the store and mailing it myself. It's like having a printer and postal mail service on call.
High quality
The postcards are printed on high quality cover stock using a state-of the-art printing press with a glossy coating to protect the images. The result is better than standard postcard quality (if you use a high quality image). I use a digital camera and prepare the photos on my computer (see below). You need to see a card for yourself to understand how well they're done.
Personal photos and messages
You choose the photo and write your own message on the back of the card. I prefer to use my own photos, but you can also choose from many free images if you want to make a special card for a birthday or other occassion. If you are skilled at graphic design, then you can be endlessly creative. We have used AmazingMail for birth announcements, Thank You Cards, and every year we use the service to send our Christmas cards.
Low cost
The cost is less than $1 per postcard for a postal mail service that includes first class postage to anywhere in the world. It's cheaper for me to send a card with AmazingMail than buying an ordinary postcard and sending it from here. And the cards I create are better than anything from a store.
Mailing lists
You can send a personal postcard to just one friend, or send the same card to your entire mailing list. Like I said, we use AmazingMail every year to send our Christmas cards (and it's extremely easy and fast this way).
Upload your mailing list into an online address book directly from Outlook or using Excel format, etc. You can also type addresses in one by one.
Conclusion
What can I say, I love this service. It's very well designed and easy to use. You get high quality results at a low price. It's brimming with creative and practical possibilities. All that's left is to sign up and give it a try. You don't have to give a credit card number, and your first postcard is free.
