Phone Power is well liked VOIP/broadband phone service. You get the basic services at a good rate, and their customers seem to be satisfied.
Features
Phone Power comes loaded with features, just like all the other broadband phone services featured here. You get personalized voicemail, call forwarding, 3-way conference calling, call waiting, call hunting, and more.
Toll free numbers or additional local numbers in USA area codes are available for a small monthly charge.
You manage the service online. Incoming calls can be forwarded to your VOIP phone or to a cell phone, land line, etc.
PhonePower comes with enhanced 911 (E911) dialing for residences in the USA. You must register your address and keep it current for the service to work. Even then 911 dialing is not 100 percent dependable with any VOIP provider, so think about having a backup plan.

Individual/Family Users
You get unlimited minutes to and from the USA and Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii, included in the monthly fee.
Business Users
Business users can use the basic calliing plan. Just be sure the features meet your needs.
User experience
PhonePower has positive user reviews. It is a growing and respected service. Just keep in mind that many VOIP providers experience growing pains when their popularity is on the rise.
Conclusions
There are other VOIP providers in my comparison that are more proven and full featured, but PhonePower is winning customers with their service quality and low monthly rate for basic, reliable service.
