Service quality
PhonePower is a solid VOIP provider offering basic services at a good rate. It's neither the best or worse in my VOIP comparison.
Features
PhonePower comes with a long list of features included in the basic price, like personalized voicemail, call forwarding, 3-way conference calling, call waiting, call hunting, and more.
For a small fee, you can add toll free numbers or additional local numbers in area codes that you choose.
You manage the service online. Incoming calls can be forwarded to your VOIP phone or to a cell phone, land line, etc.
PhonePower comes with enhanced 911 (E911) dialing. You must register your address and keep it current. Then if you call 911 the operator will see your location on a screen. 911 dialing is not 100 percent dependable with any VOIP provider, so please study this issue and think about having a backup plan (e.g., keeping your local phone service, using a cell phone, etc).

Individual/Family Users
Get unlimited minutes to and from the USA and Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii, for a low monthly fee.
Business Users
Business users can use the basic calliing plan. Just be sure the features meet your needs.
User experience
PhonePower has positive user reviews. It is a growing and respected service. Just keep in mind that many VOIP providers experience growing pains when growing rapidly.
Conclusions
There are other VOIP providers in my comparison that are more proven and full featured, but PhonePower is winning customers with their service quality and low price for basic service.
